Internship Description:
Cosmic Signaling is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern. This internship offers law students and recent graduates an opportunity to gain practical exposure to corporate legal matters, startup formation, intellectual property, compliance, and contract management within an in-house legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining employment contracts, NDAs, commercial agreements, and other legal documents
• Support the legal team in reviewing and preparing shareholder agreements
• Conduct legal research on corporate laws, intellectual property rights, and regulatory developments
• Maintain legal records, contract repositories, IP databases, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including HR, Finance, Operations, and consultants, on legal and compliance matters
Eligibility & Preference:
• Pursuing or recently completed LL.B. (4th or 5th Year) or LL.M.
• Preference for candidates from reputed law schools
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Interest in corporate law, startup law, and intellectual property matters
• Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
