DSK Legal is inviting applications for the position of Associate / Senior Associate in its Dispute Resolution practice at the Mumbai office. The firm is seeking experienced litigation and arbitration professionals with strong drafting skills and expertise in handling complex corporate, civil, and commercial disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and other legal documents for corporate litigation and arbitration matters
• Handle complex civil and commercial dispute resolution matters
• Assist in litigation strategy, case preparation, and dispute management
• Support arbitration proceedings and related documentation
• Work on matters involving media & entertainment disputes and intellectual property litigation
• Coordinate with clients, counsels, and internal teams to ensure effective case management
Eligibility & Preference:
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution
• Strong expertise in drafting pleadings and arbitration-related documents
• Experience in corporate litigation and commercial disputes
• Additional experience in Media & Entertainment litigation and IPR litigation preferred
• Ability to independently manage matters while working collaboratively within a team
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
