The bank is seeking candidates with expertise in the payments, merchant acquiring, fintech, or broader banking and finance sectors who are looking to contribute to one of India’s leading financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on legal and regulatory matters relating to payments and merchant acquiring businesses
• Support fintech-related transactions, partnerships, and product offerings
• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial and financial agreements
• Provide legal guidance on banking and finance operations
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Assist stakeholders in identifying and mitigating legal and regulatory risks
Eligibility & Preference:
• Qualified lawyer with 4–7 years of relevant post-qualification experience
• Experience in either:
a. Payments, Merchant Acquiring, or Fintech sector; or
b. Banking and Finance sector
• Strong understanding of financial sector regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced in-house legal environment
