Desai Billimoria & Associates is inviting applications for the position of Associate for advocates with experience in litigation practice before the High Court of Bombay.
The role involves handling litigation matters, coordinating with counsel, drafting legal documents, and working on conveyancing-related assignments.

• PQE Required: 1–1.5 Years in Litigation Practice before the High Court of Bombay
Areas of Practice:
• Civil and Commercial Litigation
• Conveyancing
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling litigation matters before the High Court of Bombay and City Civil Courts
• Coordinating with Counsel
• Drafting legal documents including Praecipes, Petitions, Legal Notices, etc.
• Drafting and vetting Deeds of Transfer, Release Deeds, Wills, Lease Agreements, Leave and License Agreements, and related documents
Eligibility & Preference:
• Candidates must be Advocates residing in Mumbai
• Experience in litigation practice before the High Court of Bombay preferred
• Strong drafting and conveyancing skills preferred
Remuneration:
• Salary/Remuneration negotiable depending on experience
