Job Description:
Magic Circle Partners is inviting applications for the position of Legal Counsel / Associate for candidates with 2–5 years of experience.
The role involves providing comprehensive legal support across business operations, including contract management, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, labour law advisory, and M&A transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts including vendor agreements, service agreements, and partnership agreements
• Advising internal stakeholders on corporate law, compliance, labour laws, and related legal matters
• Managing and overseeing compliance programmes, policies, and procedures
• Conducting compliance training and monitoring regulatory adherence
• Supporting M&A transactions including legal due diligence and drafting transaction documents
• Advising on labour law matters including employment contracts and employee relations
Eligibility & Preference:
• Strong expertise in contract drafting and negotiation
• Experience in corporate law, compliance, labour laws, and M&A transactions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognised university
• LL.M. preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
