Eligibility Criteria:
• Master’s Degree in Management Studies with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade
• Candidates must possess a Ph.D. degree or be registered for a Ph.D. programme
• Candidates should be NET/SET/SLET qualified
• Willingness to serve in a full-time position is mandatory
Desirable Requirements:
• Strong academic background and research orientation
• Prior teaching or research experience preferred
• Publications in reputed journals will be an added advantage
