Applications are invited for the position of Associate for a dynamic litigation and advisory practice based in Delhi. This opportunity is ideal for young lawyers seeking hands-on exposure to diverse and challenging matters across multiple practice areas, with appearances and work spanning courts, tribunals, commissions, and other forums across India.

• Position: Associate
• Location: Vasant Kunj, Delhi
• Experience Required: 0–2 Years PQE
• Practice Areas: Tax Law, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Insurance Law, Constitutional Law, Litigation & Advisory
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
• Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, legal notices, and opinions
• Assist in litigation and advisory matters before various courts, tribunals, and commissions
• Support clients on tax, IPR, insurance, and constitutional law matters
• Attend hearings, conferences, and client meetings as required
• Manage matters across different jurisdictions and forums in India
Eligibility & Preference:
• 0–2 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Interest in litigation, dispute resolution, and advisory work
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
• Willingness to travel as required for professional assignments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
