Key Responsibilities:
• Managing Consumer and MACT claim matters
• Handling legal documentation and case records
• Drafting notices, replies, pleadings, and legal correspondence
• Coordinating with advocates and internal stakeholders
• Managing court matters, claim disputes, and settlements
• Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance requirements are met
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. graduate
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Interest or experience in litigation and insurance claims
• Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
• Proficiency in English and Gujarati preferred
