This opportunity is ideal for law graduates seeking hands-on exposure to litigation practice, legal drafting, court proceedings, and research before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court and other judicial forums.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), replies, and other pleadings
• Conducting in-depth legal research and case analysis
• Assisting in court proceedings and hearings
• Supporting matters before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court and other forums
• Assisting in litigation strategy, drafting, and case preparation
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. Graduate
• Basic knowledge of court procedures and litigation practice
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Strong legal research skills
• Good drafting and analytical abilities
• Interest in litigation and court practice
