Internship Description:
K&G Techlaw is inviting applications from 4th-year law students interested in building a career in Corporate Law.
This internship is designed for candidates seeking practical exposure to corporate transactions, compliance, contract drafting, advisory work, and commercial legal practice.
Details:
• Position: Corporate Law Intern
• Organisation: K&G Techlaw
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting legal research and analysis on corporate law matters
• Assisting in contract drafting and review
• Supporting corporate transactions and advisory assignments
• Assisting with compliance and regulatory matters
• Supporting documentation and legal due diligence exercises
Eligibility & Preference:
• Currently pursuing the 4th year of a 5-year law programme
• Prior internship experience in Corporate Law is mandatory
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Interest in corporate transactions, compliance, contract drafting, and advisory work
Important Note:
• Candidates with experience limited to Litigation, Court Practice, or Dispute Resolution will not be considered
• Preference will be given to candidates with relevant Corporate Law internship experience
