Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting and handling matters before the NCLT, High Courts, and various Tribunals
• Drafting petitions, replies, applications, and other legal documents
• Conducting legal research and case preparation
• Supporting hearings and overall matter management
• Assisting in insolvency and company law matters
Eligibility & Preference:
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong drafting and legal research skills
• Basic understanding of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and Company Law
• Ability to take responsibility and work on live matters
• Willingness to learn and grow in a litigation-focused environment
