Job Description:
INDALI Law Partners is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate (Consumer Litigation) at its Gurugram office. The firm is seeking a motivated legal professional with experience in consumer, RERA, and civil litigation, particularly in matters involving real estate disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing and appearing in consumer, RERA, and civil litigation matters across courts and forums in Delhi/NCR and Chandigarh
• Drafting and reviewing pleadings, written statements, applications, and legal opinions
• Conducting legal research, case law analysis, and developing litigation strategies
• Briefing and coordinating with senior counsel
• Liaising with clients and providing regular case updates
• Ensuring timely filings and compliance with procedural requirements
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized university
• 2–3 years of PQE in consumer, RERA, and civil litigation
• Experience in revenue and land matters will be preferred
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to independently manage assignments with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and client-management skills
• Willingness to appear before courts and authorities across Delhi NCR and, when required, outside NCR
