Key Responsibilities:
• Managing publishing contracts and subsidiary rights agreements
• Handling permissions and rights transactions
• Negotiating contractual and rights-related arrangements
• Coordinating with authors, agents, and internal stakeholders
• Supporting the publication process through effective rights and contract management
• Ensuring compliance with copyright and intellectual property requirements
Eligibility & Preference:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• 5–7 years of experience in publishing contracts, negotiations, and rights management
• Strong understanding of copyright and intellectual property rights
• Exceptional English communication skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and process-management skills
• Keen attention to detail
