Bajaj Housing Finance Limited is inviting applications for the position of Senior Manager / Cluster Manager in its Corporate Legal Team. This opportunity is ideal for legal professionals with 5–8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and expertise in banking and finance who are looking to work on high-value corporate legal, lending, and real estate matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review, draft, negotiate, and finalize lending documents, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and other legal agreements
• Ensure agreements comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements while mitigating legal risks
• Assess title search reports and provide legal opinions on the enforceability and marketability of collateral
• Provide legal advisory to business, credit, risk, and other internal stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with agreements and real estate transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams and external legal counsels on legal and contractual matters
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. degree from a recognised institution
• 5–8 years of post-qualification experience in corporate legal functions
• Prior experience with Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, or Law Firms will be preferred
• Mandatory exposure to banking and finance-related legal matters
• Strong drafting, negotiation, advisory, and communication skills
