Job Description:
PMRT Legal is inviting applications for the position of Associate at its Lajpat Nagar-I, New Delhi office. This opportunity is ideal for advocates with up to 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and prior exposure to debt recovery, insolvency, arbitration, and banking litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle matters under the SARFAESI Act, RDB Act, IBC, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, and Negotiable Instruments Act
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Draft pleadings, applications, legal notices, and other legal documents
• Assist in litigation and dispute resolution matters before relevant judicial and quasi-judicial forums
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. degree from a recognised institution
• Up to 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Prior working knowledge of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 (RDB Act), Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC), and the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 is mandatory
• Strong legal drafting, research, and litigation skills
