Job Description:
SR Legal is inviting applications for the position of Senior Associate to join its growing Litigation & Disputes Practice in New Delhi. This opportunity is ideal for experienced litigators with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience who are looking to work on complex commercial disputes, ADR, corporate litigation, insolvency, and white-collar crime matters in a boutique law firm.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in handling and managing matters before Trial Courts, High Courts, NCLT, and other tribunals
• Independently draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal research notes
• Support senior counsel in litigation strategy and case preparation
• Appear before courts and tribunals for advocacy and procedural hearings
• Coordinate with clients, maintain case records, and ensure efficient case management
• Mentor junior associates and contribute to a collaborative legal practice

Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution
• 3–4 years of active litigation experience (PQE)
• Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Experience in commercial disputes, corporate litigation, insolvency, and white-collar crime matters will be preferred
• Ability to independently handle court filings, client communication, and court appearances
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of assignments
