Position 1: Lawyer – IP Litigation Team
• Practice Area: Intellectual Property Litigation
• Experience Required: 4–6 Years (Minimum)
Position 2: Lawyer – Construction / Infrastructure Arbitration Team
• Practice Area: Construction & Infrastructure Arbitration
• Experience Required: 5–7 Years (Minimum)
Position 3: Lawyer – White Collar Crime Team
• Practice Area: White Collar Crime
• Experience Required: 5–7 Years (Minimum)
Key Responsibilities:
For IP Litigation Team
• Handle trademark litigation matters
• Advise on media & entertainment law disputes
• Represent clients in technology-related litigation
• Draft pleadings, applications, and legal submissions
• Conduct legal research and assist in litigation strategy
For Construction / Infrastructure Arbitration Team
• Handle end-to-end construction and infrastructure arbitration matters
• Draft arbitration pleadings, claims, replies, and written submissions
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and arbitral tribunals
For White Collar Crime Team
• Handle white collar crime investigations and disputes
• Draft legal notices, petitions, and other litigation documents
• Assist in court proceedings and regulatory matters
• Advise clients on legal strategy and dispute resolution

Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution
