Job Description:
King Stubb & Kasiva, Advocates & Attorneys is inviting applications for the position of Senior Associate – Capital Markets at its New Delhi office. This opportunity is ideal for legal professionals with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and strong expertise in Indian Capital Markets, including IPOs and other equity capital market transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on Main Board and SME IPOs
• Handle rights issues, preferential issues, Qualified Institutional Placements (QIPs), and other equity capital market transactions
• Conduct legal due diligence and prepare due diligence reports
• Draft and review DRHPs, RHPs, Prospectuses, and other offer documents
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents, legal opinions, and ancillary documentation
• Advise on the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, stock exchange requirements, and other applicable laws
• Coordinate with issuers, merchant bankers, registrars, auditors, regulators, and other intermediaries throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Manage transaction execution and mentor junior associates
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. degree from a recognised institution
• 4–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Capital Markets
• Prior experience in Indian Capital Markets, preferably with a recognised law firm
• Strong exposure to IPOs and other Equity Capital Market (ECM) transactions
• Ability to independently manage workstreams in a fast-paced environment
