DSK Legal is inviting applications for the position of Associate / Senior Associate in its Project & Infrastructure practice at the New Delhi office. This opportunity is ideal for legal professionals with 3–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and expertise in infrastructure projects, contract negotiation, and regulatory advisory.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, revise, negotiate, and finalize tender documents, concession agreements, and bids
• Prepare and negotiate joint bidding agreements, consortium agreements, and joint venture agreements
• Work on Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and risk matrices
• Handle contracts, project documentation, and regulatory and advisory work related to infrastructure projects
• Provide legal support on complex Project & Infrastructure transactions
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. degree from a recognised institution
• 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in Project & Infrastructure law
• Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing infrastructure and project-related documentation
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and advisory skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
