• Experience Required: 1+ Years in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting high-quality patent specifications across various technical fields
• Conducting prior art, patentability, and Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) searches
• Communicating with inventors and clients to understand innovations and inventions
• Assisting in patent prosecution and responding to examination reports and office actions
• Ensuring compliance with applicable patent laws, regulations, and procedural requirements
• Supporting intellectual property strategy and portfolio management activities
Eligibility & Preference:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of experience in patent drafting, prosecution, and IPR-related work
• Strong analytical, technical writing, and communication skills
• Familiarity with patent databases and search tools
• Registered Patent Agents will be given preference
• Immediate or early joiners are highly preferred
