• Supporting strategic and business initiatives across the platform

Eligibility & Preference:
• Qualified legal professional with strong commercial acumen
• Interest in investment funds, venture debt, private credit, and financial services
• Understanding of corporate, regulatory, and transactional matters
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
