Key Responsibilities:
• Advise the company on corporate law and fintech regulatory matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and legal documents
• Represent the company before courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and enforcement agencies
• Ensure compliance with applicable corporate and fintech laws
• Provide legal support on day-to-day business operations

Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution (Mandatory)

• Preference: Male candidates (as mentioned by the recruiter)
