Saffron Magicworks is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate at its Mumbai office. The selected candidate will work on films, digital content, television programming, and intellectual property matters while supporting the company’s legal and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating content, talent, production, licensing, and related agreements
• Advising on copyright, intellectual property, and media law matters
• Supporting intellectual property development and protection strategies
• Working closely with creative, business, finance, and production teams
• Conducting legal research and providing legal support on entertainment-related matters
• Assisting with commercial transactions and contractual negotiations
Eligibility & Preference:
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in the Media & Entertainment sector
• Strong understanding of Copyright Law, Intellectual Property Rights, and related legal frameworks
• Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial and entertainment agreements
• Excellent legal drafting, research, and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
