The firm is seeking an experienced and proactive legal professional to handle corporate, commercial, contractual, and compliance-related matters while safeguarding the company’s legal and intellectual property interests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and business-related matters
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
• Identify and manage legal risks affecting business operations
• Handle and assist in resolving legal disputes when required
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities
• Support business teams on contractual and legal issues
• Protect the company’s intellectual property and legal interests
Eligibility & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution
• LL.M. qualification will be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of Corporate, Commercial, and Contract Law
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple legal assignments efficiently
• Prior experience as a Legal Adviser, Legal Counsel, or Corporate Lawyer preferred
