AMLEGALS is inviting applications from experienced legal professionals to join its General Corporate and Data Protection Team at its Ahmedabad office. The firm is looking for motivated candidates with exposure to corporate transactions, advisory work, and data protection matters.

Key Areas of Work:

• Regulatory Compliance Matters
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on corporate and commercial legal matters
• Assist in M&A and capital market transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate documentation
• Conduct legal due diligence and compliance reviews
• Support data protection and privacy law advisory assignments
• Work on regulatory and governance-related matters
Eligibility & Requirements:
• 4–6 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Prior exposure to M&A, Capital Markets, and General Corporate Advisory
• Experience in the Data Protection domain preferred
• Practical exposure to data privacy and compliance matters will be an added advantage
• Strong research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills
