• Experience: 2–5 Years PQE

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle Intellectual Property litigation matters
• Manage prosecution of trademarks, patents, copyrights, and related IP matters
• Draft legal pleadings, responses, and other IP-related documents
• Represent and assist clients in IP disputes and proceedings
• Provide legal advice and strategic support on intellectual property matters
Eligibility & Preference:
• Qualified legal professionals with 2–5 years of experience
• Experience in IPR Litigation & Prosecution
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Passion for Intellectual Property law and litigation
