Chittranjan, Shah, Kay Legal & Associates LLP is inviting applications for the position of Advocate – Litigation & Insolvency. This opportunity is ideal for advocates with 5–6 years of litigation experience and strong expertise in IBC, SARFAESI, and Banking Laws, along with appearances before key judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

Key Responsibilities:
• Represent clients before the DRT, DRAT, NCLT, NCLAT, and High Courts
• Handle litigation involving Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC), SARFAESI, and Banking Laws
• Draft pleadings, applications, and legal submissions
• Appear before courts and tribunals for hearings and arguments
• Provide strategic legal support in insolvency and banking litigation matters
Eligibility & Preference:
• 5–6 years of litigation experience
• Experience appearing before DRT/DRAT, NCLT/NCLAT, and High Courts
• Strong drafting and arguing skills
• Sound knowledge of IBC, SARFAESI, and Banking Laws
