Job Description:
Sachan Law Analyst LLP is inviting applications for the position of In-House Legal Associate for its In-House Legal Team at its Noida office. This opportunity is ideal for recent law graduates and professionals with up to one year of experience who are interested in insolvency and corporate law and wish to gain practical exposure to legal research, drafting, documentation, and NCLT-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing case briefs and internal legal summaries
• Attending and observing proceedings before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for learning and record-keeping purposes
• Assisting in legal drafting and documentation
• Supporting senior professionals in document preparation and file management
• Conducting legal research on matters relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and corporate laws
Eligibility & Preference:
• Recent law graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of post-qualification legal experience
• Strong interest in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law and Corporate Law
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
