This opportunity is ideal for professionals with 0–3 years of recruitment consulting experience, particularly in the legal sector, as well as candidates who have recently completed internships with leading recruitment consultancies and are looking to begin their full-time careers in legal recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting in legal recruitment and talent acquisition processes
• Identifying and engaging suitable candidates for legal roles
• Coordinating with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
• Supporting candidate sourcing, screening, and placement activities
• Building and maintaining professional relationships within the legal industry
Eligibility & Preference:
• 0–3 years of recruitment consulting experience (preferably in the legal sector)
• Fresh candidates who have interned with a leading recruitment consultancy are also encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
