The firm is looking for experienced legal professionals with a strong background in General Corporate advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and Venture Capital/Private Equity (VC/PE) transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advising on general corporate matters
• Assisting in M&A transactions and due diligence processes
• Handling VC/PE investment transactions
• Conducting legal research and drafting transaction documents
• Supporting clients on corporate structuring and regulatory matters
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. degree from a reputed university
• 2–3 years of law firm experience
• Experience in General Corporate, M&A, and VC/PE investments
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate law environment
