Sammaan Capital Limited (formerly Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited) is inviting applications for a position in its Corporate & Commercial Legal team. The role offers exposure to corporate lending, project finance, commercial contracts, and transaction advisory work while supporting business and credit teams in a leading financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on corporate lending, project finance, and general corporate legal matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation relating to real estate financing, construction finance, and lending transactions
• Support transaction negotiations and assist business teams in deal execution
• Provide legal advice and support to Credit Control, Business, and other internal stakeholders
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including SaaS Agreements, NDAs, Service Agreements, and other business contracts
• Assist in managing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution
• 4–6 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Experience in corporate lending, project finance, or corporate legal advisory work preferred
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Experience handling commercial contracts and financing transactions
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional business teams
