Key Responsibilities:
• Advising on banking and finance transactions
• Working on domestic and cross-border lending transactions
• Assisting with project finance and acquisition finance matters
• Handling refinancing and security creation transactions
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents
• Managing complex financing transactions and client interactions
Eligibility & Preference:
• Strong experience in Banking & Finance law
• Prior experience with the Banking & Finance team of a reputed law firm
• Exposure to lending, project finance, acquisition finance, refinancing, and security creation matters
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of financial transactions
• Candidates from Tier 1 and Tier 2 law firms are encouraged to apply
