Job Description:

This role is ideal for experienced corporate lawyers seeking significant client ownership, leadership responsibilities, and exposure to high-impact regulatory and transactional matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Independently manage corporate and regulatory matters end-to-end
• Advise clients on RBI, FEMA, Payment Systems, NBFC, IRDAI, SEBI, and PMLA-related matters
• Handle transactional advisory and regulatory compliance work
• Build and manage client relationships directly
• Supervise and mentor junior associates
• Contribute to knowledge management and thought leadership initiatives
• Lead complex corporate and financial regulatory projects
Eligibility & Preference:
• Minimum 4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Experience in corporate advisory, M&A, or financial regulatory compliance
• Experience at a law firm or in-house with substantial transactional ownership
• Leadership and team management experience is mandatory
• Strong drafting, advisory, and client management skills
• Litigation and dispute resolution experience alone will not qualify for this role
