Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting legal research and case law analysis
• Drafting pleadings, petitions, applications, notices, and legal submissions
• Assisting in litigation strategy and case preparation
• Supporting court appearances and hearing-related work
• Managing case files and legal documentation
• Coordinating with clients and stakeholders on ongoing matters
Eligibility & Preference:
• Advocates with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in litigation
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Sound understanding of court procedures and litigation practice
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
