Patine Law Offices is inviting applications for the position of Associate Counsel. The firm is looking to onboard two litigation lawyers with a strong courtroom foundation, excellent drafting skills, and meaningful experience in handling litigation matters. This role offers significant responsibility and direct involvement in active cases, making it ideal for advocates seeking long-term growth in litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handling litigation assignments and case management
• Drafting pleadings, petitions, applications, notices, and legal submissions
• Appearing before courts and assisting in hearings
• Participating in strategy discussions and case conferences
• Conducting legal research and case law analysis
• Independently managing matters under supervision, where required
• Coordinating with clients and stakeholders on ongoing matters
Eligibility & Preference:
• Advocates with 1–3 years of litigation experience
• Strong courtroom exposure and advocacy skills
• Excellent legal drafting and research abilities
• Professional approach with a sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to handle responsibilities independently
• Only Delhi-based candidates are eligible to apply
