Key Responsibilities:
• Advising clients on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions
• Assisting with private credit and asset finance matters
• Working on infrastructure-related transactions, including concessions, infrastructure M&A, and debt investments
• Supporting complex corporate and transactional matters
• Collaborating with a well-resourced legal team on high-value mandates
Eligibility & Preference:
• Experience in M&A, Private Credit, Asset Finance, or a combination of these practice areas
• Sectoral experience in Infrastructure, including concessions, infrastructure M&A, or debt investments
• Basic understanding of infrastructure transactions (experience in defence and aerospace is not mandatory, as training will be provided)
• Strong drafting, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
