Vikas Paras Mishra, Practicing Advocate at the Bombay High Court, is inviting applications from motivated and sincere law students for a Litigation Internship at its office in Kala Ghoda, Fort, Mumbai. The internship offers practical exposure to litigation, court procedures, legal drafting, and client interactions across various judicial forums.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
• Assisting with court filings and procedural work
• Analysing case laws and preparing case notes
• Attending client conferences and discussions
• Observing proceedings before the Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, Small Causes Court, and Magistrate Courts
Eligibility & Preference:
• Students enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programme
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Fluency in Marathi (Mandatory)
• Keen interest in litigation and court practice
• Commitment, punctuality, professionalism, and willingness to learn
