A leading and reputed law firm is inviting applications for Associate / Senior Associate roles in its Corporate M&A Practice based in Mumbai. This opportunity is ideal for lawyers with strong experience in transactional work, looking to be part of high-value domestic and cross-border deals.

Experience Required:
• 3–6 years PQE (2019 / 2020 / 2021 qualified lawyers preferred)
Practice Areas:
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Private Equity (PE)
• Venture Capital (VC)
• General Corporate Transactions
Key Responsibilities (Indicative):
• Structuring and executing M&A and investment transactions
• Conducting legal due diligence and risk assessment
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents (SPA, SHA, SSA, etc.)
• Advising on regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
• Handling cross-border transactions and multi-jurisdictional matters
• Managing client interactions and coordinating deal processes
Key Skillsets:
• Strong experience in transaction structuring and execution
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Exposure to cross-border deals and regulatory environments
• Strong communication and client-handling abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
