This role is ideal for lawyers with prior experience in IP litigation, looking to work on complex disputes involving trademarks, copyrights, and related IP matters.

• S-35B, First Floor, Panchsheel Park, New Delhi
Experience Required:
• 3–5 years PQE (Litigation, preferably in IP laws)
Practice Area:
• Intellectual Property Rights (Litigation)
Key Responsibilities (Indicative):
• Handling IP litigation matters including trademarks and copyrights
• Drafting pleadings, written submissions, and legal notices
• Conducting legal research and case law analysis
• Assisting and appearing before courts and relevant forums
• Managing case strategy and client coordination
