Job Description:
Saga Legal is inviting applications for the position of Associate – Litigation at its Bangalore office. The firm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented advocate with litigation experience who can independently handle legal research, drafting, court appearances, and case management while working closely with the litigation team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and analysis, including reviewing statutes, case laws, and regulatory developments
• Draft pleadings, notices, affidavits, applications, and other legal documents
• Manage litigation matters and ensure timely handling of cases and deadlines
• Appear before courts in Bangalore and assist with hearings, filings, and proceedings
• Support case strategy and litigation preparation
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, court procedures, and professional ethics
Eligibility & Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in civil, commercial, and/or criminal litigation
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of Bangalore court procedures and practices
• Proficiency in Kannada (spoken and written preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Professional approach towards client and court interactions
• Proficiency in MS Word and understanding of MS Excel
