Internship Description:
Harshvardhan Pathak and Associate is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern. This internship offers hands-on exposure to litigation practice, legal research, drafting, court procedures, and interactions with various legal institutions. Interns will work closely on criminal law matters and gain practical experience in the day-to-day functioning of a litigation chamber.

Key Responsibilities:
• Researching legal issues and case laws
• Drafting Bail Applications, Criminal Appeals, Notices, Replies, Reports, and other legal documents
• Assisting with litigation-related assignments
• Visiting courts, government departments, and other institutions as required
• Supporting ongoing case preparation and legal documentation work
Eligibility & Preference:
• Students in 2nd to 4th year of Integrated Law Courses
• Students in 2nd to 3rd year of Non-Integrated Law Courses
• Proficiency in English
• Strong legal research and drafting skills preferred
• Interest in litigation and criminal law practice
