Asraya Legal is inviting applications for the position of Associate from recent law graduates (Class of 2025) who are committed, detail-oriented, and passionate about litigation. This opportunity offers exposure to a wide range of litigation and dispute resolution matters before various courts and tribunals.

• Eligibility: BA LL.B./BBA LL.B./LL.B. Graduates (Class of 2025)
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in civil, commercial, arbitration, and criminal litigation matters
• Work on cases before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts, Tribunals, and other forums
• Draft pleadings, applications, legal notices, written submissions, and legal opinions
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs
• Attend and assist in client conferences and strategy discussions
• Appear before competent authorities and assist with procedural and regulatory compliances
Eligibility & Requirements:
• BA LL.B., BBA LL.B., or LL.B. graduate from the Class of 2025
• Strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution
• Excellent legal research and drafting skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
• Commitment to professional growth and courtroom practice
