Interns will have the opportunity to work on live mandates and develop hands-on experience in a professional corporate law environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research on corporate and commercial matters
• Assist in legal due diligence exercises
• Support contract drafting and review processes
• Work on intellectual property-related assignments
• Assist the team on live corporate advisory and transactional mandates
• Contribute to legal documentation and compliance-related tasks
Eligibility & Preference:
• 4th or 5th Year Law Students preferred
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Interest in corporate law, transactions, and intellectual property
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work in a professional and collaborative environment
