Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advisory support on corporate governance matters
• Draft, review, and manage legal documentation and corporate records
• Support board and committee governance activities
• Coordinate with compliance, risk, regulatory, and business teams
• Assist in ensuring regulatory and corporate compliance
• Drive process improvement initiatives within legal operations
• Support implementation and adoption of legal technology solutions
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B., LL.M., or Company Secretary (CS) qualification
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in legal, corporate governance, company secretarial, or financial services functions
• Strong understanding of corporate law and regulatory compliance
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience handling board and governance-related matters preferred
