Applications are invited for two Law Intern positions with a Defence Lawyer practicing in Pune, specialising in serious criminal litigation involving offences under laws relating to murder, rape, POCSO, NDPS, and other criminal matters.
This internship is ideal for law students interested in criminal defence practice and courtroom litigation, offering practical exposure to drafting, legal research, criminal trials, and court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting in drafting applications, pleadings, and criminal litigation documents
• Conducting legal research on criminal law and procedural issues
• Supporting trial preparation and courtroom-related work
• Attending court proceedings and observing criminal trials
• Assisting with case strategy and litigation support tasks
Eligibility & Preference:
• 3rd, 4th, and 5th year law students may apply
• Strong interest in criminal litigation and defence practice required
• Good research, drafting, and analytical skills preferred
• Candidates willing to learn courtroom procedure and criminal trial practice will be preferred
• Passion for criminal law and litigation work is essential
