This opportunity is ideal for young litigation professionals looking to gain active courtroom exposure across multiple forums while assisting in ongoing litigation matters involving appearances, drafting, research, and procedural work.
The role offers hands-on experience before the Bombay High Court, Sessions Court, Magistrate Courts, and NCLT.

Forums & Practice Exposure:
• Bombay High Court
• Sessions Court
• Magistrate Court
• National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting in active litigation matters across various courts and tribunals
• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, applications, and submissions
• Appearing independently before courts as required
• Managing procedural and case-related work
• Assisting in litigation strategy and courtroom preparation
Eligibility & Preference:
• Valid Bar Council enrollment is mandatory
• Fresher to 2 years PQE may apply
• Strong drafting and legal research fundamentals required
• Willingness and confidence to appear independently before courts
• Disciplined, punctual, and committed towards litigation practice
• Candidates interested in long-term courtroom litigation practice will be preferred
