About the Opportunity:
Blueprint Legal is inviting applications from experienced corporate lawyers to join its growing Corporate and Transactional Practice as a Senior Associate.
The role involves independently managing a diverse range of corporate and transactional matters, including venture capital and private equity transactions, investment and shareholders’ agreements, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and general corporate advisory.

Key Responsibilities:
• Independently manage corporate and transactional matters.
• Handle venture capital (VC) and private equity (PE) transactions.
• Draft and negotiate investment agreements and shareholders’ agreements.
• Work on mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Advise clients on general corporate matters.
• Manage client communications and transaction-related requirements.
• Supervise and guide junior team members.
• Conduct legal analysis and provide strategic inputs on corporate transactions.
Eligibility & Skills:
Candidates should have:
• 4–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Strong corporate and transactional law experience.
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
• Experience independently managing transactions.
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Prior law firm experience is preferred.
• Strong background in corporate transactional practice.
