Job Description:
The Inclusion Economics India Centre (IEIC) is inviting applications for the position of Research Associate (Consultant) for a field-based research project evaluating the long-term impact of a school-based Career Exploration Program (CEP) on the educational and career choices of secondary school students in urban India.
The role offers exposure to applied research, policy-oriented work, survey management, and quantitative analysis in the development and public policy space.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing CATI-based phone surveys using SurveyCTO
• Monitoring survey progress and conducting data quality checks
• Supporting enumerator training and field operations
• Conducting preliminary data cleaning and analysis
• Assisting in research and policy-oriented outputs
• Coordinating with stakeholders and research teams
Eligibility & Preference:
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or related fields
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Experience with SurveyCTO, CATI operations, or phone surveys preferred
• Proficiency in Stata and quantitative research methods
• Interest in public policy, development economics, and applied research preferred
