About the Opportunity:
Mahindra Lifespaces Developers Ltd. is inviting applications for the position of Manager – Legal (Non-Litigation). This opportunity is ideal for experienced legal professionals with expertise in real estate law, land acquisition, regulatory compliance, and transaction advisory. The selected candidate will play a key role in enabling land acquisition, project development, and real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead land due diligence and provide legal advice for acquisition transactions
• Handle customer-centric communications and facility management agreements
• Manage industrial cluster and industrial city-related documentation and contract negotiations
• Draft, review, and negotiate MOUs, term sheets, conveyance deeds, leases, and other transaction documents
• Prepare and review real estate contracts, tenders, vendor agreements, and project documentation
• Manage RERA filings, customer documentation, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Liaise with law firms, government authorities, landowners, and other external stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal business, project, and compliance teams throughout the project lifecycle
Eligibility & Requirements:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized university
• 6–10 years of experience in the real estate sector
• Strong knowledge of RERA, land acquisition, and real estate laws
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in handling complex real estate transactions and regulatory matters
