Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and vet legal documents, agreements, contracts, and pleadings
• Handle litigation matters before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions
• Advise clients on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
• Participate in case strategy discussions and legal advisory work
• Manage client interactions and communications independently
Eligibility & Requirements:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized university
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
• Strong drafting, legal research, and advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage legal matters and client communications
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
